Keep your liver healthy

Your liver is one of the most important organs in your body. It’s responsible for filtering toxins from your blood, making proteins and cholesterol, and storing energy. So it’s no surprise that keeping your liver healthy is essential to maintaining good health.
There are a few things you can do to keep your liver functioning at its best:
– Eat a healthy diet: A balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables is key for keeping your liver healthy. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive alcohol consumption.
– Get regular exercise: Exercise helps improve blood circulation and aids in the detoxification process carried out by the liver. Just be sure not to overdo it; too much exercise can actually be harmful to the liver.
– Drink plenty of water: Dehydration can stress out the liver, so make sure you’re drinking enough fluids each day (at least eight glasses).

1) Use detox supplements – There are many great detox supplements on the market that help cleanse and support optimal Liver Functioning . Look for ingredients like milk thistle extract , dandelion root extract , artichoke leaf extract or ginger root . These herbs have been shown time after time in studies to help improve Liver function !
2) Take breaks from alcohol – If you enjoy an occasional drink or two don’t feel bad about it! But if you find yourself regularly consuming more than just a couple alcoholic beverages per week then consider taking some breaks from drinking altogether . Your Liver will thank you !
3) Try yoga or meditation – Yoga has been shown anecdotally as well as through research studies conducted over time, to decrease stress levels which may indirectly support better Liver function! And similarly, meditation has also been linked with decreased amounts of stress hormones circulating throughout our bodies which could translate into better overall organ health including our Livers!

Fortunately, there are things you can do to keep your liver healthy and help control your cholesterol levels. Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly, and avoid foods that are high in saturated fat and sugar. If necessary, you may also need to take medication to lower your cholesterol levels.
